Many Canadians will soon have their own copy of The Real Dirt on Farming Digest Edition.
The award-winning publication is produced by Farm & Food Care – an organization focused on connecting Canadians with their food and their farmers. With offices in Saskatchewan, Ontario and Prince Edward Island, Farm & Food Care represents farmers, individuals and businesses from across the country.
The latest fifth edition tells the story of food and farming from coast to coast – with a goal to help Canadians connect with their food and the farmers that produce it – who they are, what they do and why they do it. Using stories and credible science, the publication addresses common questions about Canadian agriculture. The Digest Edition is a condensed, 12-page version that highlights key topics like animal welfare, plant science, sustainability, current issues in our food system and more.
Saskatchewan residents can watch for their copy on October 7 in The Regina Leader-Post, The Saskatoon StarPhoenix and Saskatoon Bridges magazine.
