Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan’s Annual General Meeting is held in January each year. FFC SK voting members are invited to send up to two representatives to attend and must register in advance.
Resolutions may be proposed for consideration at the AGM either in writing to the board, no later than 14 days before the date of the meeting, or from the floor, with a vote of two-thirds of the voting members agreeing that the resolution be added to the agenda.
