Only one representative from each member organization is eligible to vote in the FFC SK Annual General Meeting. When registering, you must indicate whether you are the designated voting representative or an observer.
Resolutions may be proposed for consideration at the AGM either in writing to the board, no later than 14 days before the date of the meeting, or from the floor, with a vote of two-thirds of the voting members agreeing that the resolution be added to the agenda.
The AGM for Canadian Food Focus will be held following the Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan AGM. This will be the first AGM meeting for Canadian Food Focus which became a federal non-profit corporation as of October 1, 2024. Canadian Food Focus continues to be administered through Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan.
