Hosted by the Culinary Tourism Alliance, the Taste of Place Summit is a national gathering bringing together destination leaders, chefs, producers and marketers from across Canada to celebrate and advance culinary and agritourism.
DAY ONE
Learning Journeys
Embark on an adventure to discover our host region’s tastes of place! Delegates will choose one of four carefully curated learning journeys to experience best-in-class tourism offerings. Participants will meet the growers, producers, and chefs behind it all, gaining tips and insights along the way. Lunch and transportation are included.
DAY TWO
Speakers + Panel Discussions
Network with destination developers, thought leaders, marketers and stakeholders from across the culinary tourism value chain to share strategies and learn how to grow your tastes of place. Our lineup of speakers and discussion panels will give delegates insights and inspiration to unleash the power of growing culinary and agritourism in their operations and destinations. The Main Stage program will be presented in both official languages. Translation devices will be available.
