About
Canola Eat Well is about inspiring you in the kitchen and connecting you to the farm with Canada’s oil, canola oil. CanolaEatWell.com is a joint partnership between Alberta Canola, Manitoba Canola Growers and SaskCanola.
Canola is a “made in Canada” crop that was developed through traditional plant breeding techniques. In fact, it is the number one cooking oil in Canada and Japan and the number two oil in Mexico and the United States. Overall, it is the third-most consumed cooking oil in the world.
Canola oil is prized for its heart-healthy properties and contains the least amount of saturated fat of all common culinary oils.
