Scott’s career spans over 35 years in the food service and hospitality industry. As a successful restaurateur operating multiple locations he gained keen insights to the necessary functions and best practices required to compete across all segments. Scott was paramount in the creation and development of Gordon Food Service’s valued added programs and currently manages the Customer Facing Marketing teams in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. With his extensive background in the food service industry and a keen understanding of hospitality and consumer trends Scott brings a “Fresh Eyes” approach to a variety of challenges that operators deal with. A customer, operator, investor and entrepreneurial mindset are combined to create dialog and help support them with practical solutions.
