Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan is bringing together industry experts to discuss what the future holds for protein rich foods and our diets.

Panelists:

  • Lesley Kelly, Farmer, Podcast Host and Blogger (High Heels & Canola Fields)
  • Matthew Nosworthy, Associate Research Fellow, College of Pharmacy & Nutrition
  • Andrew Van Kessel, Professor/Department Head, Animal & Poultry Science.

Moderated by Clinton Monchuk, Executive Director of Farm & Food Care Saskatchewan, the panel will have an hour to dive into the plant vs animal protein debate and take questions from the audience.
