This workshop is designed for farmers and ranchers who have hosted tours or would like to offer tours of their farms to non-farmers. It will help you answer tough questions, rephrase industry jargon and present your operation in a simple chronological order that consumers will understand.

Whether you’re looking to invite individual or small group tours, are interested in hosting school groups or want to provide an open invitation to your farm, this class will cater to your experience and your intentions.

Topics include: focusing on shared values, conversation etiquette, tour do’s and don’ts and question & answer techniques.
