She’ll help you understand how to discuss contentious issues such as GMOs, chemicals and organic production.

This workshop is designed for farmers and ranchers who have hosted tours or would like to offer tours of their farms to non-farmers. It will help you answer tough questions, rephrase industry jargon and present your operation in a simple chronological order that consumers will understand.
Topics include: focusing on shared values, conversation etiquette, tour do’s and don’ts and question & answer techniques.
